The multi-storey car park is in reasonable condition: however, it has now reached an age whereby it is in need of repair, protection and upgrade to ensure its long term durability. A total of 458 discrete defects were recorded during the intrusive investigations to date (November 2024), in addition there are linear meterage lengths of waffle slab cracking and hair line cracking
The Budget for the scheme was incorrect, it has been changed from £1.2m excl. of VAT to £1.7m excl. of VAT
