The CHERISH Project is required to undergo an end of project evaluation to be delivered before the end of the project, June 2023. The CHERISH Project led by the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales is seeking to appoint a professional organisation with previous demonstrable experience in conducting project evaluations on similar large projects, in particular ERDF projects.The Evaluation should address the following:• Specific reference to the Cross Cutting Themes – how well these have been integrated into the delivery of the Project;• Specific reference to the requirements of the Welsh Language Standards;• Specific reference to the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act;• The needs for the Project;• The overall progress of the Project and whether or not it has achieved its outputs and results with analysis against the theory of change report and interim evaluation report completed in 2019 and incorporating the outputs and activities of Phase II of the project• The effectiveness of management and operational processes;• The financial management of the Project and whether it has come in on budget;• The overall impact; and• The lessons learned.
