Applications are invited from Companies that can demonstrate experience in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS). In particular, candidates must satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements of the tender specification. Please note that only vendors with current and relevant experience in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) need apply. The Building Management system in Children's Health Ireland at Temple Street currently comprises of a mixture of six area panels connected to the network, and eleven area standalone control panels. 1) The six area panels connected to the network are:a) Theatre 1b) Theatre 2c) Theatre 3d) CSSDe) Mech Room 6f) Endoscopy 2) The eleven area standalone control panels that are to be networked are:a) ICU Plantroom Rooftopb) Mech Room 5 / Top Flatc) St. Michaels Ward Bd) St. Patricks plantroome) St. Brigit’s AHUf) St. Philomena’s Plantroomg) Mech Room 7 OPD Tower 1h) Mech Room 8 OPD Basementi) New Plantroom OPD Tower 2j) Theatre 4, may require Cylon UC32.Net controller, separate quote required.k) Surgical Flat (emerald city) may require Cylon UC32.Net controller, separate quote required.
