Descriptions
The Employer Asbestos Surveys (including Air Monitoring) to their housing stock (predominately tenant occupied properties) as instructed by the Employer to be carried out in (the "Contract Area"). The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term, with 3 options to extend for 2 years each up to 31.10.33. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders between £0 - £120000.00 per annum will be issued under this contract. This underlying contract is awarded via a direct award from Lot 2 - Asbestos Survey Services of the EN:Procure GEN4 Asbestos, Demolition and Water Hygiene Framework.
