This requirement is for the supply of a Clinical Information Benchmarking Solution System that provides access to and benchmarking of timely, detailed national health intelligence and market assessment data with which to monitor, compare and evaluate service provision, care quality and market assessment at different operating levels for both City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust (CHSFT) and also South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust (STFT).The system must, as a minimum, provide comparative data relating to mortality, morbidity, acute hospital activity, primary care service demand and service referrals, quality of care indicators and Trust performance. In addition the system should identify and pre-empt potential clinical or operational performance issues.
