Clinical supervision is to be provided to 6 people at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire on a, monthly basis. You must:,  Give practical support to the advocates to process the emotional impact of the situations, they hear and see.,  Support advocates maintain their emotional resilience, In delivering the clinical supervision you must:,  Maintain confidentiality about the patients and advocates at all times,  Maintain professional boundaries and ensure independence,  Comply with The Advocacy Project policies regarding equal opportunities, risk, assessment, safeguarding, security, confidentiality.,  Communicate clearly,  Maintain appropriate clinical records and raise any concerns with the Head of Service, Delivery should you feel that the advocates require additional help or have raised any, safeguarding concerns.,  Commit to on-going supervision for yourselves to develop your practice,  Adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework
