Bernicia are looking for a specialist heating contractor to carry out servicing and repairs on boilers and heating systems in Bernicia housing schemes and commercial buildings. Servicing to be conducted on an annual basis and include a thorough inspection, cleaning and testing of the boiler and its components. Repairs to include replacing worn parts and carrying out emergency repairs when faults occur. A full specification will be provided in the ITT Stage of this tender.
