The successful contractor is to work in partnership with Accord Housing Association over a 10 year period to service, maintain and upgrade accords commercial heating and hot water portfolio to work towards a total guarantee for all plant rooms.The contractor is to provide gas appliance services and gas safety inspections including commercial catering equipment at circa 70 commercial premises within the Accord Housing Association Ltd portfolio.
