CGFP are seeking to procure a range of system/services in relation to games management systems; these are:Lot 1: Workforce management and uniform management,Lot 2: Accreditation system (incl. guest pass),Lot 3: Access control system,Lot 4: Sports entries and qualifications,Lot 5: Competition schedule,Lot 6: Accommodation reservations and arrivals and departures systems,Lot 7: Medical services, pharmacy dispensing and treatment orders,Lot 8: Queen’s Baton Relay nominations and route operations,Lot 9: Games issue tracking,Lot 10: Learning management system,Lot 11: Optional event management solutions.Responses to the SQ will encompass all lots; later stages of the procurement may separate the lots into discreet packages.
