Descriptions
The Council plans to conduct a procurement process to establish a framework of providers for Adult Community and Supported Living Services within the Barnsley Local Authority area. The framework is with regard to new service provision.
The Framework supports adults in Barnsley to live independently in the community and focuses on the principles of maximising and sustaining independent living, choice, involvement and inclusion through person centred approaches that help individuals to live ordinary lives in the community of Barnsley. The Framework is for providers who want to support people in their own home and also providers who want to develop supported living services in Barnsley. A supplier presentation briefing session will be held on Monday 15th December at 13:00 via MS Teams.
The session is expected to last no more than 1 hour. A maximum of two representatives per supplier organisation may attend the session. For further information, please download and review the Pre-Market Engagement - Document for Suppliers. To confirm attendance to the session, please complete and submit Appendix 1 via YORtender by the deadline of 12noon on 12/12/2025. Please note that the length of the framework has not yet been determined, this will be confirmed when the tender documents are published. The value and contract dates used within this notice are estimates and still to be confirmed.
