The University of Wales, Newport QWEST project seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to engage 511 eligible participants (Unemployed or Economically Inactive) from the three local authorities of Torfaen, Blaenau-Gwent and Caerphilly to provide the necessary teaching, pastoral and skills support to ensure that all learners have the best opportunity to obtain a Community Regeneration Level 4 qualification over the period of the contract, in this case until the 31 July 2012.
