North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS Value of York Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (the Contracting Authorities) and is managing this procurement process. , The CCG is commissioning a Community Eye Care Service.
