North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS Value of York Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (the Contracting Authorities) and is managing this procurement process. , The CCG is commissioning a Community Eye Care Service. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. The contract will take effect on 01 December 2021.
