We are seeking suppliers' interest in the development of a new bilingual inspection system that will continue to provide the functionality of the current system but will also:.•Improve the user-experience.•Reduce external support requirements and allow Estyn to customise the system, e.g. make changes to template documents, more easily.•Be more agile and provide more flexibility to add functionality.•Reduce overall costs, e.g. licensing, hosting and maintenance.•Use technologies that can continue to be supported.•Maintain high levels of security.The size of the contract will be up to but not exceeding the EU threshold (£189,330)
