Descriptions
A costed condition survey in the form of a quinquennial survey is required for St Mary's Heritage Centre in Gateshead. The last completed survey was undertaken in January 2016 by Gateshead Council Asset Management Team. Alongside a conservation acceridted architect the survey team will need to include a strcutural engineer to examine the boundary walls which are partly retaining. Please contact martin@twbpt.org.uk for a full brief of the required work. Elements of the work need to be completed for a funding bid that will be submitted 10th July 2023.
