RequirementTenders are now sought from a conservation architect to work in close cooperation with other project consultants.Capabilities•Experience of working in mixed discipline teams including works on sensitive heritage sites with archaeological, landscape and building conservation issues•Experience of major Heritage Lottery-funded and Cadw listed building restoration projects for information and certification•Experience of survey and analysis of complex masonry structures•Experience of developing garden visitor facilities to Heritage Lottery Fund and other current standards•Familiarity with the technical and conservation issues at Abergwili including viable visitor facilities, access and external structural masonry.•Familiarity with costing of masonry repair and general works
