Summary of BriefThe Elan Valley Trust, on behalf of the Elan Links scheme, is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified independent consultants to monitor and evaluate the delivery of Elan Links: People, Nature & Water landscape partnership. Guidance and support is also expected on the development of a mid term legacy strategy. The contract is for a period of five years, commencing in June 2018.There are three distinct phases of work:1. Commencement of the delivery period – August 20182. Mid point of the delivery period – June 20203.
