The Commission is seeking to begin to modernise the way it consults with stakeholders. Specifically, the Commission wishes to allow stakeholders to view maps in a more user-friendly way and to integrate the presentation of Commission maps with the submission of written comments on every review. The Commission wishes to procure the development of a web-based consultation portal to guide users through the electoral review process, encourage the submission of evidence-based comments and allow them clear access to Commission proposals on councillor numbers and for new ward boundaries
