Ulva House is a B Listed large mansion House on the Isle of Ulva. Built in the 1950's and designed by Leslie Graham Thomson. The work generally comprises, but is not limited to, the full internal and external refurbishment and improvement of the building: - Roof repairs - Replacement of windows and doors - Rewiring, plumbing and heating - Lift installation - New kitchens and bathrooms - Decoration Tender returns at the end of 2021 with works commencing early 2022 for completion within 9 - 12 months. This project is funded by Historic Environment Scotland, Natural Heritage Lottery Fund, Regeneration Capital Grant Fund from the Scottish Government and the Natural and Cultural Heritage Fund - ERDF administered by NatureScot.
