Descriptions
The CSSO invites tenders for the for the provision of an on-premises email archiving system. It is intended that this RFT will give rise to a contract for the following:1. Supply, installation and configuration of an on-premises solution to archive emails from Microsoft Exchange. This will comprise:A) The import of all existing mailboxes to the solution from our current Exchange estate;B) Archiving of all subsequent inbound, outbound and internal mail;C) The subsequent migration of the solution to cater for our planned subsequent upgrade of our Exchange estate.D) The incorporation to the archiving solution of any additional mailboxes created.2. Provision of ongoing support and maintenance for the solution, to include product updates, for the duration of the contract.
