Circle is seeking a supplier for the provision of refurbishment works to three residential properties located in Dublin. The refurbishment work is intended to bring each property up to an acceptable lettable standard that, as a minimum, achieves the standard set by the Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations, 2019 S.I. No 137 of 2019. Due to the nature of the works, we require a contractor that can mobilise and deliver the programme quickly and effectively whilst also providing exceptional value for money.
