Descriptions
The Refurbishments of St. Patrick's Ward and St. Gerard's Ward will be tendered separately. Shortlisted suppliers from this SAQ exercise will be invited to tender for both projects.The Refurbishment of St. Patrick's Ward project comprises the upgrading of the existing ward located on the First Floor with an overall gross internal floor area of 860 Sq.m. The works also comprise provision of a New Roof Finish over covering approximately 400 Sq.m. of the Ward. The works will be carried out on a phased basis.The Refurbishment of St. Gerard's Ward project comprises the upgrading of the existing ward located on the Fourth Floor with a Gross Floor Area of 590 Sq.m. The works also comprise provision of 2 No. ICU Isolation Rooms and New Roof Finish above the block.The Refurbishment Works for both Wards will be carried out within the live Coombe Hospital Facility which will remain fully operational for the duration of the works.Tenderers are initially invited to partake in a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) for the above project.
