In March 2009, Cyrenians Cymru was awarded funding under ESF Priority 2 (Increasing employment and tackling economic inactivity) in the Swansea Bay area. That award by extension and additional procurement continues to the end of 2014.The CSET Project sponsored by the funding provides the following for those who are furthest away from the labour market:1)Training and personal development and support that enables people to overcome barriers to employment and leads to progression towards work; and2)Structured support in getting people into work and thereafter helping sustain them in their employment.Further, there are required responses to the cross cutting themes of environmental sustainability and equality of opportunity.This contract is for a final evaluation of the provision and to build on two earlier evaluations.
