DET are seeking a sole catering provider to provide a foodservice provision initially for 5 of the sites with the following 4 to follow within 12/14 months. All establishments are with two geographic hubs - namely Hatfield and Watford.The number of pupils/students on each site ranch from 300 - 1,400 and each setting has a different requirement in relation to the amount of serving areas.
