As part of preparation for future commissioning of coaching services, a pre-market engagement exercise was conducted with a range of coaching providers. This format involved meeting with 5 suppliers over MS teams for 45 minutes in duration. The discussions offered valuable insight into the evolving landscape of coaching and the emerging needs of today’s workforce. A consistent message emerged: coaching is undergoing a period of significant expansion and transformation. Expectations of coaching are broadening, the workforce environment is becoming more complex, and organisations are seeking deeper impact, greater inclusion, and more strategic alignment.
