Descriptions
SSDC wants to appoint a design team to support the Octagon project delivery. To provide full design services as set out in the 2020 RIBA Plan of Work Overview for the project described in our brief via a Design Team led by an Architectural firm (Design Team) to progress from the current stage which is considered to be the end of RIBA stage 1 through to completion of stage 6. Unless clearly covered by excluded requirements stated below, the intention is that the Design Team will be responsible for all core tasks and core statutory processes in the Plan of Work, and include the Principal Designer for CDM purposes.
