These amendments relate to a 3 month extension of the contract to 30th June 2021 with an increased Financial Limit of £37,892,822, that includes £12,204,957 for the 12 month extension captured in Amendment 2 as well as an additional £1,187,865 increase for this 3 month extension, and a revised Schedule of Prices to reflect the actual costs to date and the proposed costs for the extension period.
