2. Nature ofengagementThe DIAS isout-sourcing asection of itscleaning servicerequirements. Thenature of therequired service iso meet the dailygeneral cleaninghat arises in thedifferent DIASbuildings at thefollowing locations:Locations•10 BurlingtonRoad, Dublin 4 •31 FitzwilliamPlace, Dublin 2 •5 Merrion Sq.,Dublin 2.•DunsinkObservatory,Castleknock, Dublin15 The work willinvolve professionalcleaning services inall four locationsincluding officecleaning, cleaningof bathrooms andkitchens.The contract isbeing offered on thebasis of an initialerm of one year,renewable annuallyat the discretion ofhe DIAS for twofurther periods ofone year each to amaximum of threeyears, subjectalways tosatisfactoryperformance.
