The Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS) is out-sourcing a section of its cleaning service requirements. The nature of the required service is to meet the daily general cleaning that arises in the different DIAS buildings at the following locations:Locations•10 Burlington Road, Dublin 4 •31 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 •5 Merrion Sq., Dublin 2.•Dunsink Observatory, Castleknock, Dublin 15 The work will involve professional regular cleaning services in all four locations including office cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens.The respondent must be a cleaning service provider with appropriately qualified and experienced staff capable of providing the services required.The service provider will be required to be on site 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for locations 10 Burlington Road, 5 Merrion Square and 31 Fitzwilliam Place and three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) for the Dunsink Observatory location.The service provider will be expected to allocate a minimum of five hours per day for the Burlington Road site, three hours per day for both the Merrion Square and Fitzwilliam sites and 8 hours per week for the Dunsink Observatory location.Full details of the tender are available to upload in the Main Tender Document
