Digital Air Traffic Control Tower.
Descriptions
The purpose of this contract is to construct a Digital Air Traffic Control Tower comprising a steel lattice tower to support a 16-camera module (supplied separately) 50 m above ground level, and, a 2-storey reinforced concrete base to include data rooms and extensive support systems for power, HVAC and air compression. DATCT will be sited ‘landside’ on the Southern dockside adjacent to King George V dock, London City Airport, London.
