Nottingham City Homes (NCH) is seeking to procure replacement digital care alarms and associated peripherals to enable the Nottingham on Call (NoC) service to continue to provide an effective and quality service to its customers ahead of the 2025 PSTN switch off. The service has already commenced this replacement programme and is now looking to partner with a single supplier to complete this process to ensure that best value is achieved. The NoC service is currently expanding its service offer to take advantage of the opportunities that digital connections bring. The supplier is required to provide equipment that is currently able to connect to the Answerlink platform over a SCAIP digital network. The peripherals available must include the following: • bed sensor, • bogus caller, • CO2 monitor, • chair sensor, • door sensor, • enuresis sensor, • epilepsy sensor, • flood sensor, • pendant (additional), • pillow alert and strobe, • smoke detector, • temperature extreme sensor.
