This project is part of an ongoing national term contract maintenance programme for Tuath Housing Association in domestic heating appliance systems servicing and carbon monoxide detectors and associated repairs/replacement works, etc., to c. 4,270 No. targeted properties located nationally in various county regions into two lots Lot ‘1’ and Lot ‘2’ as well as preparing conditional reports and certification thereon. Tenderers are generally expected to be experienced and registered plumbing/gas/electrical Contractor and to submit a fully detailed lump sum fixed price tender amount for its execution, completion and certification, etc., all in accordance with the following enclosed Works Requirements main tender documents.
