AECOM has been commissioned by the ESFA to prepare and submit a Planning Application for the extension of existing temporary accommodation, for September 2018 intake, at Ealing Fields High School. The site is located at Eversheds Sports ground off Wyke Gardens, Ealing, London W7 2BB. The extension is to comprise of an existing / used 48 bay, two story modular unit, which is located at the nearby Elthorne Park High School which requires relocation. The works comprise of (but not limited to):- 1)The disconnection of statutory services. 2)Dismantle of modular accommodation. 3)Transportation of modular units to the Eversheds Sports Ground Site. 4) The required Ground works for placing the modular in the new location 5)Design and reconfiguration of internal spaces in consultation with the ESFA / Trust and Contract Administrator. 6)Check of existing statutory services and undertake connections as appropriate to existing services. 7)Review fire strategies. 8)Works to comply with relevant standards to enable building control sign-off. The above works are to be delivered via a JCT Intermediate Standard Form of Contract incorporating ESFA Standard Amendments.
