Education, Health and Social Care Needs Assessment for Children and Young People with SEND

Bracknell Forest Council (BFC) invites bids from suitably qualified providers for the provision of an education, health, and social care needs assessment of children and young people (CYP) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Providers will be expected to describe the epidemiology of the population and future trends, describe the current cost pressures and future trends, undertake an evidence review of interventions for SEND, and map current practices against evidence and best practice. The final outputs will need to include recommendations on how to improve service provision with a view to better outcomes for CYP with SEND while reducing the cost of service provision for the council. The contract period will commence on 10th February 2025 and will end on the 31st July 2025.
