Descriptions
The National Disability Authority now invites responses from suitably qualified tenderers to rebuild our eLearning module on Disability Equality Training. The current eLearning module was produced in 2011 to provide public bodies with an introduction to disability awareness and relevant legislation including the Disability Act (2005). This module also aimed to provide the public sector with a brief introduction to increase their awareness and understanding of good practice in:•Communicating with persons with disabilities and providing accessible public services •Communicating and working with colleagues with disabilities in the work environment and providing reasonable accommodations, so that employees with disabilities would feel more supported and comfortable in sharing their disability status
