NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG (“the CCG”) invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders to deliver a new Employment and Wellbeing service. The service will span primary and secondary care meeting the social, employment and wellbeing needs of people with mental health problems. It is expected that the service will be:— available to all, irrespective of mental health issue (SMI or CMI), and is also— available to all, irrespective of setting.The CCG anticipates awarding a contract for 3 years to the appointed provider with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the CCG's discretion. The CCG requires contract commencement from as soon as possible and at least from September 2018. The maximum value of this contract will be circa 2 500 000 GBP over 5 years and full details of the finances can be found in the ITT documentation.
