Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC) is seeking an energy broker to provide a “one-stop-shop” for some or all the following services:, 1. energy procurement strategy determination;, 2. utility procurement – gas, electricity and water;, 3. bureau services;, 4. efficiency advice, 5. fuel (such as LPG and heating oil) procurement;, 6. DEC certificates;, 7. management information; and, 8. other support requirements., Additional energy-related services will also be considered if required., NCH&C seek to award a sole supplier framework for the provision of these services; accessible by all members of the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System (ICS).
