This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the second-generation framework for engineering and technical consultancy services. This PIN advises the market of Scotland Excel’s intention to issue a new tender for these services, following the abandonment of a prior process. The new tender will be advertised by publication of a future Contract Notice.
The scope of services will primarily relate to civil engineering and other associated disciplines including: Road s and Structures, Transportation and Traffic, Environmental, Land surveying, Drainage and Flooding, Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical, Coastal and Maritime Structures, Master Planning and Project and Commercial Management.
