The Landscape Recovery project is in a two year development phase to produce a land management plan for a 12,000 hectare area of moorland and farmland on Exmoor. The Reviving Exmoor's Heartland Landscape Recovery Project aims to restore and enhance the natural landscape of Exmoor through a combination of ecological restoration, sustainable agriculture, and community engagement. This procurement seeks to leverage green finance alongside public funds, to support its long-term objectives, incorporating innovative funding mechanisms and partnerships. A specialist contractor is required to produce the business model and blended finance plan, setting out how the project will raise capital and generate revenue, and from which sources including a range of public, private and philanthropic funds.
