Bath and North East Somerset Council is intending to approach the market with a concession procurement process, toward the end of September, to procure a concessionaire to develop and operate facilities at Entry Hill and the Approach. The contractor will be required to maintain and operate the facility with the aim of providing activity or activities that support the Councils required outcomes.
