A comprehensive list and frequency of required services can be found in Appendix BProvision of estate services including a cleaning and grounds maintenance service.Provision of a maintenance service to the development including responsive and planned maintenance.Service charge budget setting and income collection.Customer Services to residents of the development.The development is located at the former Queen Elizabeth Hospital site located at Hackney Road in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The mixed tenure site will hand over from the developer on a phased basis from July 2017.
