Descriptions
The LUPC is looking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of maintenance and minor works, security (guarding and reception) and cleaning services. Four lots (with sub-lots) are being proposed to include Estates maintenance and minor works, Security Services (Guarding and Reception), Cleaning Services and a bundled lot to cover all three of the services. This framework agreement is estimated to commence in October 2020 for a period of 48 months. The framework will be available to the members of LUPC, and SUPC Members within the London and South East.
