Creative Skillset Cymru is seeking support with an evaluation of 'Creative Provision' an industry-led development programme for further and higher education pan-wales (funded by the Sector Priorities Fund Programme SPFP2 until Dec 2014) in two stages:•Business Evaluation (interim evaluation) including case studies Apr 2014•Summative Evaluation with next steps (final evaluation) c. Nov 2014The evaluation will be used by Creative Skillset Cymru to assess the effectiveness of the programme, to-date and will be used as a way of reporting progress against key contractual targets, particularly to the project funder.The interim evaluation will look at the value of an industry-led development programme (capturing the first phase, 'mentoring programme') to courses in further and higher education, using the information gathered to support building a business case for future funding bids. We plan to use the challenges and opportunities identified to help shape future approaches, to support development of Creative Provision, considering the potential of widening the offer to support growth of additional creative industry provision and sectors across Wales.We require any project evidence gathered to be inclusive of a framework for measuring success which is robust enough to stand up to scrutiny and to help support Creative Skillset to build a rationale for further development and sustainability of the programme.Please see attached document for objectives and deliverables.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=6225.
