Through this tender specification, SkillsActive is looking to commission an appropriate organisation to evaluate the delivery of a broad level project entitled ‘Development and Delivery of SASW compliant Level 3 Apprenticeships across Sport and Active Leisure’ and the underpinning 3 related work packages.As part of the process, SkillsActive will expect the successful supplier to design and undertake a varied methodology to inform the development of a project evaluation report. Potential suppliers who can demonstrate an understanding of Apprenticeships, qualification development, and the Active Leisure, Learning and Well-Being sectors will be at a distinct advantage.The key deliverable from the project evaluation is the production of a formal evaluation report. This should focus upon the extent to which the project has been designed and implemented. The report should detail the extent to which the project met its original objectives. The report should also provide useful information for a range of target groups, identify inherent strengths and weaknesses and suggest ways in which future activity can be refined to improve delivery.
