Colaiste Chiarain consists of a large number of classrooms and specialist rooms and is located in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The scope of the works will be as follows:•Replacement of the existing power and general services and sub distribution boards in the woodwork and metalwork rooms. •Replacement of the existing lighting and emergency lighting services in the woodwork and metalwork rooms. •Replacement of the existing fire detection services in the woodwork and metalwork rooms. •Replacement of an existing 18,000 litre cold water storage tank. •Demonstration and handover to the client.•All associated electrical works for the project. •All builders’ works associated with the above. •All associated mechanical works as indicated on the tender documents.•All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications.
