Clos Afon Twyi is part of the fairview estate in Blackwood which was constructed in the early 1990's. The position of these properties are in a very exposed location and suffer with driving rain to mainly the rear elevations.It is our intention to provide a rendered spar finish to the rear elevation of 3 x 3 bedroomed properties and 1 x Block of 4, 1 bedroom flats and to upgrade the windows and doors to these elevations at the same time.Specification of works are detailed in the schedule of works which will require a quotation upon request.Successful contractor must be construction line accredited and must meet Charter Housing's approved contractor criteria.
