NHS West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) is undertaking the implementation of this care homes for nursing care, residential care and hospital placements framework (with windows) and subsequent call-off on behalf of the following Authorities: West Hampshire CCG, South East Hampshire CCG, Fareham and Gosport CCG, North Hampshire CCG and North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG. Please note this is an open procedure and tender submissions will be opened from the 25.3.2019 onwards until the final tender response deadline of the 14th June. A date of the 14th June has been set on the “opening of tenders” field due to this notices formatting. Please note the maximum number of participants has been based on the maximum number of individual Care Homes not Care Groups.
