Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust are looking to work with providers of Falls prevention and response services to provide a first-class falls service within the Staffordshire and Stoke area.Attached is a copy of our service specification detailing the service that we may be providing in the future. We would like to invite all potential suppliers of Falls response and prevention services to submit their costing models to us through the contact details below.Procurement@ssotp.nhs.ukWe welcome all submission no later than 19.10.2017.Please note that we are looking to provide a 24/7 service and therefore only welcome submissions from suppliers who are able to work with us to provide this service in the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent area.
