Descriptions
The ICT Framework will support the 6 Regional FE Colleges in the delivery of minor works projects. 3 Regional single operator Framework Agreements will be established to take forward the delivery of minor works projects (up to GBP 500 000) using an established NEC4 Measured Term Framework. The 3 Regions are: North - Northern Regional College (NRC) and North West Regional College (NWRC); Central - Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC) and South Eastern Regional College (SERC); South - Southern Regional College (SRC) and South West College (SWC). The Framework Agreements will be for a period of 4 years with a break clause at the end of Year 3 which may be exercised at the Contracting Authority’s discretion.
