Barcud Cyf are looking for a suitably experience Contractor to undertake the Provision of Fencing and External Works.The work shall comprise of the demolition of existing concrete block boundary walls and fences and the replacement with WHQS style concrete post and timber fences.Contractor is to give tenants a minimum of 1 week notice prior to commencement of work. Removal and registered disposal of all existing arising from site.It is expected that not all the works will be able to be completed this financial year due to financial constraints, but a minimum of 50% of the works will be authorised for completion this financial year.
