Hull 2017 are carrying out this tender process in order to appoint a framework of Fieldwork and Market Research suppliers to work alongside staff at Hull 2017 to plan and deliver monitoring and evaluation services for audiences of Hull 2017. The requirements will vary from project-to-project dependent on the specification outlined in the brief. There will be requirements at various points throughout the term - some of these may include providing fieldwork staff for events where necessary, adaptation of exisiting documents, as well as providing full analysis of research findings, including cross-tabulation where necessary. Hull 2017 are seeking to appoint suppliers with experience and expertise in one or more of the following; audience measurement, face-to-face audience surveys, follow-up CATI surveys; online, telephone and on-street recruitment for focus groups; mini-interviews, vox pops and city-wide benchmarking surveys.
